The North Carolina Republican Party has succeeded in passing a new conditional abortion ban. Democratic Governor Roy Cooper will likely veto it.

The Human Life Nondiscrimation Act, or 众议院法案453, would force doctors and abortion providers to reject women that express a desire to terminate a pregnancy for racial or eugenic reasons.

Survey’s show that the 多数 of women who obtain abortions do so because they do not want or cannot afford another child, and this will remain legal if HB453 passes.

In practice, the bill will not prevent most abortions, but is instead intended to force women to carry down’s syndrome pregnancies to term even when these complications are discovered in the first trimester, as is usually the case. This will likely have the effect of discouraging women, especially those who are older, from having children even further. Women who abuse abortion as a substitute for birth control or to continue their careers will not be effected.

On the question of race, if one of the thousands of white women raped by blacks every year in the United States does not carefully phrase her reasons for wanting to have an abortion, the physician she personally confides in would be legally mandated to refuse her. This is also the case for the more common problem of white prostitutes and drug addicts becoming pregnant with exploiters of another race.

fewer abortions today than in 1973, the year of the Roe v. Wade decision. The reason is largely due to a sharp decline in sexual activity among young people and advances in birth control. The record low fertility rate in the United States will only drop further if women are legally forced to have severely disabled children. In August 2020, only 0.5% of voters told 长凳 that abortion is the most important problem in America.

Last week, a federal court decided a lawsuit by left-wing activists challenging North Carolina’s ban on abortions after 20 weeks would be able to proceed. The timing of this HB453, which is extreme in the other direction, is no coincidence.

The overwhelming majority of Americans support banning abortion after the first trimester. Public opinion leans against the practice of abortion in general, but it is likely that laws forbidding early termination in cases of down’s syndrome are bound to polarize people away from supporting the anti-abortion mission.

The pro-natal argument is always moronic.

Do we want our folk to breed? Yes. So be sure they have ethnic-specific communities to protect and nurture them, meaningful work to sustain them, and a strong sense of loyalty to their own kind — the opposite of what majority Americans are doing now.

Fiddling with abortion law while letting ruination decimate the country is the kind of useless games I’ve come to expect from ALL our politicians. Useless twits, all of them.

All these supposed conservatives have spent endless time and effort on trying to curtail abortion. Are there any other issues out there? Who really cares about this anymore? They can’t give us what we really need so they substitute this as a sop.

  3. Late-term abortion, sometimes performed near the time of birth, is morally repugnant and should be unlawful. A woman should be able to decide whether she wants to abort the fetus in the first three or at most four months. (Although abortion regulations should not be determined by the federal government or courts.)

But it’s foolish and demeaning to require women to prove there is no racial or eugenic reason for their desire to end a pregnancy. As the author says, “If one of the thousands of white women raped by blacks every year in the United States does not carefully phrase her reasons for wanting to have an abortion, the physician she personally confides in would be legally mandated to refuse her.” So a rape victim is forced to lie: “Well, I’m too poor to raise a child right now. But I’m a completely color blind and a BLM supporter when it comes to who rapes me.”

As for eugenics, the main reason it has come into disrepute is that in its original version, there was an element of coercion: authority figures were to decide whose offspring were not fit to survive. But this bill redefines eugenics. It would overrule even a woman’s right to decide the outcome of a pregnancy if the fetus has Down’s Syndrome, is severely deformed, or she believes it would not be good for this overpopulated planet.

Typically, the Stupid Party is onboard with this nonsense that further reduces individual freedom for the sake of ideology. How do these GOP retards imagine it is going to benefit them? Increase their support from religious fundamentalists? There is no increase to be had — they already have all the support from that quarter.

This is a terrible law, it eliminates two of the best justifications for having an abortion.

  6. Will any HB 453 proponent adopt an unwanted child and raise it at his expense? Or should the public support these children?
As it is said, “you broke it, you bought it”.
If and when these children grow up, what percentage of them will vote Democrat? Are the Republicans this stupid?

What, not for the “wrong” sex? This is seen as a problem in Canada, and it’s funny in a cringeworthy way to watch female “bioethicists” and feminists express dismay that the right of local subcontinental and Oriental women to expel their unwanted daughters is under threat.

Evidently this is not a problem with Mexicans, so it didn’t occur to the Tar Heels to include it. Besides, this seems to be mostly a “gotcha” law, meant to expose the utter hypocrisy of the other side. The actual effect will be nil. It’s so easy to get around in practice.

In August 2020, only 0.5% of voters told Pew that abortion is the most important problem in America.

I’m sure that would have been the case in 1920. Or 1930, 1940, 1950, or 1960.

The overwhelming majority of Americans support banning abortion after the first trimester.

Evidently so do Danes. That’s the law there, with exceptions directed to a hospital committee. (Like the ones we once had here.) That’s because the law comes from the legislature, not from the courts.

Down syndrome is not “severely disabled”. Not even close. If you can’t handle a Down child, you can’t handle a normal one either– they are harder to deal with. Don’t abort the children, sterilize the mothers!

Actually, that is the reasoning behind the law itself. Parents should accept and care for the children their voluntary actions resulted in. Forcible rape is one thing, but if you drink too much and are unconsciously gang-banged, or stupidly agree to visit Coz’s hotel room, you are just as responsible for that child’s existence. Sue the father for support.

    Unless women lack agency.

Or should the public support these children?

Only the “public” that produced them.

Exactly. I spent a few years working with developmentally disabled adults. The “Downs” were fairly easy to deal with. I would support sterilizing them, simply because they will copulate like rabbits if given half the chance. But otherwise, Downs can lead fairly normal lives with some support.

The DDA to be afraid of were the Fetal Alcohol babies who grew up with many many issues. They had IQs in the mid 60’s and had little to no self control. The Downs might slap at you, but the Fetal Alcohols would square up and fight and were not above hitting you from behind.

Since we are civilized Whites, taking care of the disabled is what we do. Otherwise how are we any better than the Africans and Asians?

  11. GazaPlanet 说:

The concept of “morality” that the Jew-ridden GOP advances really just about telling the gentiles that all evils come from the Third Reich and white racist Christian bigots in general. So abortion cannot be wrong because it is race suicide, because it is murder. No it can only be wrong if it is somehow motivated by racism or in line with the historical thinking of racists.

The GOP would love to do anything to make the abortion issue LESS POPULAR, LESS IMPORTANT (because the money backers pulling their strings are intensely committed to abortion), but it really is the only issue other than guns that has kept the GOP in office in the United States. In Ireland, when the referendum campaign was going on, the so-called “opposition” made Down Syndrome cases front and center to the “NO” vote. This can only be described as willful sabotage of the “NO” vote to create a more lopsided majority. Morally the murder of a Down Syndrome infant is murder because it is taking a human life. Not because of a woman’s intolerant motivations. The leaders of Judeo-masonry, the depopulation crowd, want people to associate opposition to abortion with unhealthy babies, instead of what the abortion is really about: healthy babies being murdered by subhuman degenerate females for their convenience and their perverted, parasitic “career” lifestyle. (reminder: Trump pushed the vaccine, still demands credit!)

GOP policy and strategy is dominated by Jews who will never seriously curtail abortion, because these Jews see the promotion of abortion among white gentiles as a moral duty. They will feign opposition to abortion to disarm pro-life Christians, who really should know better.

  12. Exile 说:

Everything the GOP does either is or may as well be designed as a poison pill for Whites. Even when they’re supposedly “winning” White people are losing.

I’m pro-life and totally hate this bill. It’s exactly how not to oppose unfettered abortion, perfectly wrong and perfectly GOP.

Look at today’s pro-tranny, pro-gay, pro-libertarian and pro-race-mixing GOP and tell me how you can expect anything pro-life or anything good in general from them.

“They have conserved nothing” was true in 2000, 2010 and 2020. They deserve nothing but contempt and they should be shunned by all White people. They are not “better than the Democrats.” Do not vote for these traitors, sell-outs and dupes.

American Lefties and Righties alike deserve better parties. The present two party system is fake and gay.

Who deh daddy outta nine gang bangers of some drunk slut (some of whom are unknown or have hit the road) is practically speaking, a legal impossibiltiy to untangle.

Coz ain’t got no officially traceable income an’ he be like deh breeze, just blowin’ down deh road.

  14. The Human Life Nondiscrimation Act, or House Bill 453, would force doctors and abortion providers to reject women that express a desire to terminate a pregnancy for racial or eugenic reasons.

This is why one hates Republicans. As individuals, Republican legislators are often decent, intelligent and prudent but, for some reason, when you put them together in a group, they collectively become too stupid for words.

However, Eric, your own National Justice Party (NJP) is even worse when it comes to this. I support NJP, admire its leadership, mean to vote for its candidates if given a chance, and hope that it wins some offices; but the groupthink and virtue-signaling among its rank-and-file is over the top. It’s unfortunate because you are right: NJP’s positions really are popular.
