“Isolationists must not prevail in this new debate over foreign policy,” warns Richard Haass, president of the Council on Foreign Relations. “The consequences of a lasting American retreat from the world would be dire.”

To make his case against the “Isolationist Temptation,” Haass creates a caricature, a cartoon, of America First patriots, then thunders that we cannot become “a giant gated community.”

Understandably, Haass is upset. For the CFR has lost the country.

Why? It colluded in the blunders that have bled and near bankrupted America and that cost this country its unrivaled global preeminence at the end of the Cold War.

No, it was not “isolationists” who failed America. None came near to power. The guilty parties are the CFR crowd and their neocon collaborators, and liberal interventionists who set off to play empire after the Cold War and create a New World Order with themselves as Masters of the Universe.

Consider just a few of the decisions taken in those years that most Americans wish we could take back.

After the Soviet Union withdrew the Red Army from Europe and split into 15 nations, and Russia held out its hand to us, we slapped it away and rolled NATO right up onto her front porch.

Enraged Russians turned to a man who would restore respect for their country. Did we think they would just sit there and take it?

How did bringing Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia into NATO make America stronger, safer and more secure? For it has surely moved us closer to a military clash with a nuclear power.

In 2014, with John McCain and U.S. diplomats cheering them on, mobs in Independence Square overthrew a pro-Russian government in Kiev that had been democratically elected and installed a pro-NATO regime.

Putin’s response: Secure Russia’s naval base at Sevastopol by retaking Crimea, and support pro-Russian Ukrainians in Luhansk and Donetsk who preferred secession to submission to U.S. puppets.

Fortunately, our interventionists failed to bring Georgia and Ukraine into NATO. Had they succeeded, we almost surely would have been in a shooting war with Russia by now.

Would that have made us stronger, safer, more secure?

After the attack on 9/11, George W. Bush, with the nation and world behind him, took us into Afghanistan to eradicate the nest of al-Qaida killers.

After having annihilated some and scattered the rest, however, Bush decided to stick around and convert this wild land of Pashtuns, Hazaras, Tajiks and Uzbeks into another Iowa.

Fifteen years later, we are still there.

And the day we leave, the Taliban will return, undo all we have done, and butcher those who cooperated with the Americans.

If we had to do it over, would we have sent a U.S. army and civilian corps to make Afghanistan look more like us?

Bush then invaded Iraq, overthrew Saddam, purged the Baath Party, and disbanded the Iraqi army. Result: A ruined, sundered nation with a pro-Iranian regime in Baghdad, ISIS occupying Mosul, Kurds seceding, and endless U.S. involvement in this second-longest of American wars.

Most Americans now believe Iraq was a bloody trillion-dollar mistake, the consequences of which will be with us for decades.

With a rebel uprising against Syria’s Bashar al-Assad, the U.S. aided the rebels. Now, 400,000 Syrians are dead, half the country is uprooted, millions are in exile, and the Damascus regime, backed by Russia, Iran and Hezbollah, is holding on after five years.

Meanwhile, we cannot even decide whether we want Assad to survive or fall, since we do not know who rises when he falls.

立即订购

Anyone still think it was a good idea to plunge into Syria in support of the rebels? Anyone still think it was a good idea to back Saudi Arabia in its war against the Houthi rebels in Yemen, which has decimated that country and threatens the survival of millions?

Anyone still think it was a good idea to attack Libya and take down Moammar Gadhafi, now that ISIS and other Islamists and rival regimes are fighting over the carcass of that tormented land?

哈斯写道:“中东可以说是美国撤军时最明显的例子。”

To the CFR, the problem is not that we plunged headlong into this maelstrom of tyranny, tribalism and terrorism, but that we have tried to extricate ourselves.

Hints that America might leave the Middle East, says Haass, have “contributed greatly to instability in the region.”

So, must we stay indefinitely?

To the CFR, America’s role in the world is to corral Russia, defend Europe, contain China, isolate Iran, deter North Korea, and battle al-Qaida and ISIS wherever they may be, bleeding our country’s military.

Nor is that all. We are also to convert Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and Afghanistan into pro-Western preferably democratic countries, and embrace “free trade,” accepting the imported merchandise of all mankind, even if that means endless $800 billion trade deficits, bleeding our country’s economy.

Otherwise, you are just an isolationist.

CFR would never suggest “liberation of Palestine occupied by European Jews”, because CFR president Dr. Richard Haass is himself a European Zionist Jew. CFR is the most powerful “war advocacy group” in United States. It has blessed almost every American war around the world especially in the Muslim world. Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and hundreds of other White House operatives have been members of CFR.

On January 17, 2012, Leslie Loeb, the Jewish president emeritus of the CFR fearing a new Jewish Holocaust in the Middle East on the horizon, wrote at The Daily Beast: “As before, we’re letting a bunch of ignorant, sloppy-thinking politicians and politicized foreign-policy experts draw ‘red line’ ultimatums. As before, we’re letting them quick-march us off to Iraq war.”

In Split With Clinton, Sen. Kaine Sees No Legal Authority for New Libya War
Posted By Jason Ditz On August 8, 2016 @ 6:39 pm In News |

When the US attacked the Libyan city of Sirte last week, they did so without any explicit Congressional authorization. This was unsurprising, of course, as they never got Congressional authorization for the last Libya war either, nor for the ongoing ISIS wars in Syria and Libya.

Sen. Tim Kaine (D – VA) tried and failed to get war authorizations passed before, and on Sunday was quick to warn that he doesn’t believe there is any legal authorization for this new war,

His running-mate, Hillary Clinton, was quick to disagree with him public, insisting that she has no doubt that the 2001 authorization for the use of military force (AUMF) after 9/11 covers the Libya War, even though it only authorizes force against those involved in 9/11, which ISIS obviously was not. http://www.antiwar.com 8/9/16

Power and wealth do bestow people with a lot of privileges .One of them is dismissing what is obvious ,real, fact, moral ,and legal. Power makes sure that only those voices it allows ,gets heard ,only those discords are aired that are in essence fortifies the position of the power. This is why NYT reports some vague unknown unimportant differences between Pence and Trump but doesn’t report the fundamental differences between Clinton and Kane.

Btw, what is so wrong with being “”isolationist””? It doesn’t mean that America will not trade with the rest of the world. Or that Americans can not travel to or vacation abroad. It simply means that America will not launch an unprovoked 78 day bombing campaign against Serbia like in 1999. Or invade Iraq in 2003 under phony “wmd” charges. How come nobody calls Mexico or Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Ireland etc., “isolationist”?

Most of their supporters are at least vaguely aware of this reality and are glad to have a face-saving issue so they don’t have to acknowledge their serfdom and impending extermination and can avoid confrontation with the powerful. I think the word “isolationist” is wholly fraudulent in describing the vast majority of Americans in their completely rational reticence to go around bombing millions of people that never attacked us.

In fact, its our stupid , stupid, Neocon wars of aggression that have, paradoxically, ISOLATED US, from engaging the world, in trade, tourism, and good will.

Think about,….. how many Americans really want to visit ,as a tourist, the “Baghdad” we obliterated ?

I don’t feel comfortable after what we did….do you ?

Would you feel welcome there ?

The Neocons f#cked it up for all of us .

Or how about visiting Aleppo , Palmyra, or Beirut ? What about Crimea or the Ukraine ?

I don’t even feel comfortable going to Cairo, today, for crying out loud….What a mess.

Its these stupid nasty wars of choice that have , in fact, attenuated every Americans ability to engage the world with decency , normalcy and mutual respect.

Its THEIR malevolence….. that has been grafted onto US …that is MOST isolating…and has bred so much HATE and resentment..

They are a disaster, plain and simple , forcing us all into their contrived conflicts and compounding massive ill will and deep seated hatred for Americans ,wherever we go.

“After all, US had a hand in the coup in Ukraine.”

This is a Putinist lie on two counts. First, there was no coup in Ukraine. Yanukovich wouldn’t stand up and execute the will of the people, rather than sell Ukraine to Putin. Second, The US had no hand in the ouster of Yanukovich. He ran after his Berkut started killing people and he was going to held to account for his political violence. He ran right into the arms of his backer – Valdimir Putin.

  22. Jason Liu 说:

All the Zionism wouldn’t do anything if America wasn’t so susceptible to it. Have you ever asked yourselves 为什么 you cave in to the Zionists?

From my perspective America suffers from a strange sense of moral superiority, leading to the belief that their way is the best, and therefore it is morally righteous to impose them on people elsewhere, even by force. Zionists capitalize on that belief by spinning their enemies as moral demons that need to be vanquished, which Americans left and right seem to lap up.

So what if some country is run by an authoritarian dictatorship? That system may work better for them. Keep in mind that during most of the west’s development, women couldn’t vote and minorities were decidedly unequal. The liberal democracies that come afterwards are frail and mostly a product of privilege, not enlightenment. Let the Middle East figure out its own way.

First, there was no coup in Ukraine. Yanukovich wouldn’t stand up and execute the will of the people

Ah, this is the “will of the people” in the way it is routinely used by communists and other thugs everywhere. Which people? The ones you agree with, of course.

Yanukovich was elected as President at the beginning of 2010, in elections generally recognised as reasonably free and fair, for a five year term. Those who didn’t like his policies had only to wait another year for the scheduled election at which they could have voted for another candidate, but they didn’t want to bother with that kind of actually democratic nonsense (too much risk that enough of “the people” might not agree with them), so they used mob violence to force him out.

And if, as Yanukovich’s enemies claimed was going to happen, that election were to be rigged in his favour, then that would have been the time for legitimate protest, as opposed to the mob violence of 2013-14.

The US had no hand in the ouster of Yanukovich

LOL! Then you should be sharply questioning some of the expenses claims and budget expenditures submitted by State Dept goblins such as Victoria Nuland, who seem to have been spending plenty of your government’s tax funds there. And US voters could also legitimately ask why senior US lawmakers like Senators John McCain and Chris Murphy were actually in Kiev actively fomenting mob resistance to the democratically elected authorities, whilst having no effect whatsoever, according to you.

But of course, that wasn’t “interfering in politics” in Ukraine like Putin hypothetically releasing embarrassing (but true) Democrat emails would be – the latter is of course an outrage against all decency, whereas the former is, according to you, “no hand”.

You are a hypocrite and/or a liar, by the clear evidence of your comment here.

This morning Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken introduced Ambassador-at-Large David Saperstein as he released the 2015 Annual Report on International Religious Freedom. The report details the current state of religious freedom and tolerance around the world.

Saperstein opened [ @ 13 min ] and closed his remarks by noting that in his tenure, the State Department had significantly increased its budget for monitoring religious freedom around the world so that he was able to visit many more places last year to ascertain that religious rights are protected; that the State Department’s Washington-based full-time staff devoted to monitoring religious freedom had increased to fifty, and every US embassy had persons specifically detailed to oversee religious freedom in that country.

    https://www.c-span.org/video/?413811-1/state-department-releases-international-religious-freedom-report

A good portion of Saperstein’s prepared remarks involved his office’s concern that various states in the world “punished blasphemy;” he emphasized that his office will continue to work to eliminate such practices and thereby ensure a peaceful, diverse world where all faiths are respected and may be expressed — so long as they are expressed peacefully.

Asked about the protections for Christians as well as Muslim Arabs in Palestine, Saperstein said the conflict was an extended one and efforts would continue to be made to ensure the rights of all parties.

if only the US State Department would train and hire professional diplomats, as Chas Freeman has urged,

instead of ideological busybodies and shit-stirrers.

I am all for letting the middle east figure out its own way. I am also all for letting them do it in their own countries and not in the west.

Btw, the only significant minority group in the west historically was blacks in the USA, almost all of them in the ‘old south’.

Also the Zionist lobby is wealthy, powerful and well organized and hurls charges of “racism” about freely. Most ordinary Americans are just too ill-informed and busy trying to earn a living to take much notice of events.

  28. Unfortunately, the people getting us into these endless wars are the ones profiting the most from the money made by the arms industry. They use the inspirational patriotic songs, flag waving, and “thank you for your service” tributes to dupe much of a gullible public into supporting these wars, and for volunteering to fight in them, while the mainstream media doesn’t report much on the profits made by those making these foreign policy decisions.

The Bush family has a hundred year history of involvement in the arms business, take a look into their more recent involvement with the private equity, defense investment Carlyle Group as well as the involvement of many of their close associates with Carlyle.

Now we have so many neocons backing Hillary who profit from endless war, and the cycle continues of top leaders in our military, including the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who as soon as they retire from the military go to work for the arms dealers whose arms contracts they supported while in the military.

Then there are all the “campaign contributions” that arms dealers make to our politicians. Things are never going to change until people with these kinds of conflicts of interest aren’t allowed to make US foreign policy.

“And the day we leave, the Taliban will return, undo all we have done, and butcher those who cooperated with the Americans.”

Well, Pat Buchanan cannot expect Taliban to behave like American Christians, who usually let escape their traitors to Israel as they did in the aftermath of 9/11.

It may come as a surprise to Buchanan to know that according several international sources, Taliban still rule nearly 80% of Afghanistan before Washington invaded a non-military Afghanistan in October 2001. But then, like Israel, American pride themselves for killing Muslims who have the least arms to defend themselves.

On August 8, 2016, Grant F. Smith, director of the Washington-based Institute for Research: Middle East Policy (IRMEP) filed a lawsuit in a Federal Court in Washington DC challenging this aid to the Zionist entity under the law passed in the 1970s. Such aid violates longstanding bans on foreign aid to non-signatories to the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT) with nuclear weapons programs.

According to the lawsuit, the United States has given Israel an estimated $234 billion in foreign aid since Congress passed the International Security Assistance and Arms Export Control Act of 1976. Discussing his Aug. 8 lawsuit in an interview, Smith said the proposed litigation has been 10 years in the making. Though Israel is not a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), Smith noted that it is a known nuclear power and recipient of US aid. The US has had a long-standing policy of keeping mum on the existence of Israel’s nuclear weapons program, a poorly kept secret that successive US administrations since Gerald Ford have refused to publicly acknowledge.

Smith’s lawsuit comes on the eve of a deal that would boost US military aid to the Zionist entity by between $1 billion and $2 billion per year over a decade. Israel already gets $3 billion a year in US military aid.

In addition to the United States and Barack Obama, the lawsuit names as defendants John Kerry (Jewish), John Brennan (Zionist Christian), Ash Carter (Zionist Christian), and Jack Lew (Jewish), secretary of the Treasury.

Sure, Mr. Buchanan always makes sense (apart from dodges on Israel). I do not think he intends ever to stand for elected office again.

Sure, even if Trump is elected, he will face a hostile Congress if he tries to do anything, but Dubya and ‘Barry’ set extensive precedents on the use of Executive Orders.

Those VOLUNTEERS that do see combat against a primitive opposing force resisting US / Zionist occupation then whine & mope around about being ‘ignored’ and suffering from faked PTSD for more money and attention, of course. Pathetic.

The money involved by “supporting our troops” is vast, hence all the rationales for our military adventures for the interests of “that shitty little country”.

That’s not really it. The US was founded in important part by a mess of non-conformist English Protestants. Their history is tangled, but that movement got its start in the Dutch Republic, whence it came to the East part of England and then the whole. When they were kicked out of England for constantly fomenting violence, they came to the US. They dominated the North of the US. The South was more Anglican. But, as you know, the North won, and US culture generally is heavily influenced by the non-conformists and their intellectual descendants.

The craziness and comical self-righteousness you rightly identify comes from these people. However, it is not “susceptible” to Zionism. It has been philo-semitic and Zionist (Zionist in a crazy Dispensationalist sort of way—though both Zionist and Dispensationalist are anachronistic terms since the origins of the non-conformist movement predate what we today call Zionism and Dispensationalism) from the outset.

It reminds me of the monstrous creep, Ilya Ehrenburgh whose sick schtick was promoting the bloody murder of Germans.

In one leaflet entitled “Kill,” [Ilya] Ehrenburg incited the simple Russian soldier to treat the Germans as subhuman. The final paragraph concludes:

And in another leaflet: “The Germans must be killed. One must kill them … Do you feel sick? Do you feel a nightmare in your breast? … Kill a German! If you are a righteous an conscientious man – kill a German! … Kill!”

This is typical of the steady diet of pathological hate fed to millions of Soviet troops by this Jew, safely ensconced far from the front.

All the Zionism wouldn’t do anything if America wasn’t so susceptible to it. Have you ever asked yourselves why you cave in to the Zionists?

Because as any Christian can tell you with scriptural quotes and much emotion, Yahweh will do bad things to anybody who doesn’t support Israel.

And he sealed that deal by using a pigeon (at least according to Renaissance Catholic painters) to put his Jewish son inside a Jewish virgin. That Jewish Rabbi is the head of the Christian church…but somehow that church isn’t Jewish.

I don’t mean to be disrespectful, or arch. I’m serious. Too many Americans of Northern European descent are brain-addled by the Mediterranean/Near Eastern/Arabian/African[Egyptian] syncretism called “Judaeo Christianity.” Which is really Judaism washed through Rome washed through Germany.

Of course I was raised outside of all that. Not sure how my family kept the old stories, but they did. I could never figure out how “Judaeo Christianity” was anything other than Judaism. But then the Catholics who schooled me always said I was a sinful, heretical heathen anytime I asked such questions. I was supposed to keep faith with strangers and their imported tales. Not my own people and their lived ones.

What wars has the USA fought for Israel ?
Israel alone fought Egypt , Syria , Jordan and Iraq in 1948 for independence and won.
Israel alone fought Egypt ,Syria and Jordan in 1967 and won.
Israel alone fought Egypt and Syria in 1973 and won.

America has recently fought Afghanistan which is landlocked , 3,500 KM distance from Israel and separated by 3 countries in between and no way to project their military beyond their borders . What type of threat can they pose to Israel and why would Israel care to have a war with them ?

America has recently fought Iraq. Israel bombed and destroyed Iraq’s nuclear reactor in Osirak , killed a dozen Iraqi soldiers and a French scientist and faced zero response from Iraq and zero repercussions . the last time Iraq attacked Israel was in the gulf war 1991 , firing 40 scud missiles and killing 1 person . Iraq is about 800 km from Israel with Jordan in between and no way to project their military beyond their borders . Why would Israel need someone else to fight Iraq for them ?

and to hate hate hate all Muslims.

Does Israel really need to give Americans more reasons to hate muslims ?
Starting with the barbary pirates and continuing I think to the first WTC bombing , 911 , the embassy bombings in africa , the bombing of the USS Cole , the pulse nightclub massacre , the san bernardino massacre , the fort hood massacre , muslims give enough reasons to hate them on their own.

    令人惊讶的是,基督徒美国人如此害怕犹太裔美国人,以至于他们让后者为所欲为。

I have never heard or seen Christian Americans professing to be afraid of Jews. Jews don’t condemn Christians to death like muslims do in Iraq and Syria , Jews don’t raid Christian villages in Iraq and steal the girls for sex slavery. Muslims do that. In the Muslim republics of Iran ,Pakistan , Sudan , Mauritania, Somalia ,Afghanistan converting from Islam to Christianity is punishable by death. Maybe Christians like Jews and dislike Muslims for these reasons.

I think that the Nazis were reacting to the death sentences that Ehrenburg and its ilk had previously issued for them (and other goyim the world over). You omit any dates prior to 1941-42(what a surprise). FYI history did not begin in the 1940s.

In that regard, you may want to brush up on the goals on the Comintern, the policies of Lenin and Stalin and their money bag supporters, and what was going on in Europe during the 20s and 30s and pay particular attention to the Holodomor and the various purges.

You mentioned “untermenschen.” Can you compare and contrast that concept with the much older concept of “goyim?” Here’s little something to help stimulate any creative juices you may have.:

“Hate the Gentile!” Israel’s Racist Rabbis, by Jonathan Cook

    “非犹太人的诞生只是为了服务我们。如果没有这一点,他们在世界上就没有立足之地——只能为以色列人民服务。”

    为什么需要外邦人? 他们会工作,他们会耕作,他们会收获。 根据约瑟夫的说法,死亡对以色列的非犹太人“没有控制权”。

Naturally the Nazi starvation of ±3,500,000 Soviet POWs 1941-42 need not concern you.

Again you need not be concerned about the various assassinations, riots, mass murders, etc., perpetrated by the commies long before 1941-42 and you needn’t concern yourself about the hunger of Germans because of the war, which, FYI, was unnecessary according to none other than Churchill itself. You may want to read Mr. Buchanan’s excellent book on that subject, “Churchill, Hitler and the Unnecessary War.”

btw shouldn’t ‘Jacues’ be spelled ‘Jacques’?

At one time it was, but your mention of it is as irrelevant as it is petty. Anyway it’s about time you became aware that it’s pretty common for folks to vary things a little. Are you aware that yer buddies such as Lenin and Trotsky also had some variant spellings of their handles?

Anon, you must be living in a cave.

The ENTIRE architecture of our fabricated “War on Terror” was designed by the Neocons, for Israel, in order to Goad Americans into pulverizing Israels despised “arc of nations”enemies known as the “Shia Crescent” (comprising Lebanon, Syria,Iraq and Iran) as well as all other countries deemed “antagonistic” to Israel’s overarching desire to exterminate the state of Palestine and KEEP the Golan Heights.

Not ONE of these countries EVER attacked the US, …NOR did they pose even a remote threat to the US …..NOR were ANY responsible for 9-11, …….yet ALL have been eviscerated, in one form or another, since 2001.

The reason WHY ?….. Israels certainty that its ongoing extermination of Palestine would eventually lead to a collective military response from these nations.

So it had to Deceive the US into “pre-emptive war” to neutralize the potential hurting power of these Shia Crescent nations, marking for it an unobstructed path toward a Greater Israel , the dissolution of Palestine and the annexation of Syria’s Golan Heights.

The absolute clarity of this belligerence is betrayed , most convincingly, by the high -five-ing dancing Israelis caught filming and celebrating the 9-11 attacks on our WTC.

Their jubilation was evidence that Israels (hidden) plan and desire for ” war, conquest and domination” had begun.

This Neocon “master plan” was devised and put in place years before 9-11,(Just a cursory reading of the “clean break strategy,1996” betrays Israels belligerent intentions.)

It makes clear Israels decision to REJECT PEACE , reject ALL the international mandates required of it….and KEEP, forever, much of the Palestinian territories and the Golan Heights.

This was (and is) a true declaration of war..Anon… but due to the compliance of a wholly subservient US MEDIA , Israels intentions were (and still are)completely hidden from all Americans. This subterfuge and deception persists through to this day.

This is also precisely why Israel has NO PEACE PLAN and has never created one.

Lets talk about “alleged Muslim terrorism” for a moment.

FROM 1960 to 2000 the United States spent less than a FRACTION fighting the Neocons “War on Terror” and there were almost NO MUSLIM TERRORIST ATTACKS on our soil… Ever !

    Why not , anon ?

Yet we have dutifully followed the OBSCENELY EXPENSIVE ADVICE of our Neocon Stewards and spent TENS OF TRILLIONS of US taxpayer dollars in how the Neocons teach us to STOP TERROR….and there have been MORE terror attacks attributed to Muslims in the past SIX MONTHS than in the ENTIRE FORTY YEARS BEFORE 9-11.

How do you explain this, Anon?

If we spent next to nothing fighting terror for the first 40 years before 9-11, and there were hardly any ‘terror events”…shouldn’t our spending of TENS of TRILLIONS to eradicate it, yield LESS THAN ZERO terror attacks…..not QUINTUPLE the amount ?

    Shouldn’t it ?

There is something WRONG with this picture, wouldn’t you say ?

What is a proper analogy ?

A proper analogy is the US taxpayer coughing up OBSCENE AMOUNTS OF MONEY to our EXPERT NEOCON PLUMBERS to FIX all the Leaky pipes in our House, and the more we PAY THEM…….. the MORE LEAKY PIPES THERE ARE !

My advice, if the US truly values its solvency and peace of mind as a Nation…..Clean house and throw all these Neocon (terror) plumbers….. OUT !

They have been pocketing the “gravy” from their bogus Muslim terror “gravy train” for way too long, and our fine nation is an unprecedented 21 trillion in debt from (not doing more than) sheepishly following along.

I take it that you don’t know the Ehrenburgh dates. Fair enough.

“…pay particular attention to the Holodomor…”

Timothy Snyder covers it quite well in ‘Bloodlands’ and ‘Black Earth.’ Are there other sources you recommend?

“…Nazis were reacting to the death sentences that Ehrenburg and its ilk had previously issued for them (and other goyim the world over). You omit any dates prior to 1941-42 (what a surprise). FYI history did not begin in the 1940s.”

Let’s take 23 August 1939. Joachim von Ribbentrop signs the Deutsch-sowjetischer Nichtangriffspakt. Did he know he was under a Soviet death sentence, as you assert? Did Adolf? If so, why did they sign the pact and partner with Stalin in dismembering Poland?

Speaking of death sentences, how about Aktion T4 – Adolf’s “mercy death” program for the Volk 1939-41? Sort of a Nazi killing on the layaway plan. Only 70,000± were killed before prelates blew the secret and forced it to be shut down, but you have to give Adolf credit for trying.

“…you needn’t concern yourself about the hunger of Germans because of the war…”

You mean the war Germans themselves launched? If they weren’t concerned, why should I be?

I read ‘’Unnecessary War’ in 2008 and enjoyed it. Here’s part of my review:

“If there’s a glaring omission in this work, it’s the lack of any mention or discussion of the 5 Nov 1937 Hoßbach Memorandum, which records Hitler’s clear intent to launch an aggressive war (it hung many of the Nüremberg defendants in 1945).”

Why do you suppose Pat left it out?

“…it’s about time you become aware that’s pretty common for folks to vary things a little.”

People misspell things all the time – rarely their own name.

“… as soon as the partial ceasefire agreement took effect on Feb. 27 [in Syria], Russia released a map that designated “green zones” where its air forces would not strike. The green zones, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, corresponded with Syrian opposition groups that had signed on to the ceasefire. Furthermore, Russia stopped bombing the Nusra-controlled areas of northwest Syria, instead focusing on ISIS targets, as Pentagon spokesperson Jeff Davis confirmed on March 14.
But instead of separating themselves from Nusra Front, the U.S.-supported armed opposition joined with Nusra and its jihadist allies in a major offensive aimed at destroying the ceasefire设立的区域办事处外,我们在美国也开设了办事处,以便我们为当地客户提供更多的支持。“
The Nusra-led offensive was a decisive violation of the ceasefire, which effectively frustrated the intention of isolating the jihadists. It led to continued high levels of fighting in the three areas where it had taken place, and Russian planes returned to Nusra Front-controlled territory for the first time in nearly six weeks. Yet after the first reports on the offensive, its very existence vanished from media coverage of Syria.”

How could they not? You don’t know much about the Comintern, do you?

The video is footage of Palestinians celebrating 911 and saying that it was a sweet gift from Osama Bin Laden , screaming alah akbar and handing out sweets. They were almost orgasmic in their glee at a sneak attack that killed 3,000 civilians . Why does it lack integrity ? Its candid footage of Palestinians real feelings and emotions .

There are 320 million angry and defrauded Americans

Every single American is angry , LoL ?? You are angry , hey sorry for that buddy but don’t project your pent up anger on the rest of us. Im happy and so are most people I encounter here in USA.

Haven’t we ALL gone over the ‘Dancing Israeli” documentation enough for you to know its true ?

Candid video evidence aired on a major news network of Palestinians celebrating 3,000 americans killed on 911 is not suitable enough documentation for you. However anecdotal stories from an anonymous woman , with no photo or video evidence is iron clad proof for you. Are you that biased or you really can’t see that there is much more evidence for the former than the latter.

to exterminate the state of Palestine, for all time

Palestinan population has doubled in the last 3o years. Heck of an extermination plan .

DECIMATE every single middle eastern state who might resist this ?

Jordan , Lebanon , Egypt , Qatar ,Saudi Arabia , UAE , Yemen , Oman all resist this, when will they all be decimated ,because as it stands none have been decimated yet.

And now Russia ,TOO, since it seems to be the one super power standing in the way of Israel’s covert and coerced disintegration of Syria, (under the bogus ruse of “regime change”), all designed to legitimize Israels annexation of the GOLAN by altering Syria’s territorial integrity through CIVIL WAR ?

Laughable as Russia and Israel are allies. Since Russia entered Syria , Israel has somehow been able to assassinate top Lebanese and Iranian assets in the region, and also bomb hezbollah convoys and even buildings adjacent to damascus airport. Hmmmm why do you think that is.

If its not the case, Anon, then show me…., show us ALL,….. Israels bona-fide “Peace Plan”.

Due to the relatively low number of casualties , I think it would be better to see the peace plans of other countries that are occupying land. Why hold Israel to a higher standard . Indonesia has killed 20x the amount Israel has in its illegal occupation of Papua. Sudan has killed 100x the amount Israel has in its illegal occupation of Darfur. Those are real humanitarian crises , as the humanitarian you are , I expect you will be dealing with these issues first. I mean you don’t just dislike Jews , you care about palestinians because you have such a big heart. I mean you must be 20x more caring for Papuans and 100x more caring for Darfur , right ??

I believe the 2003 invasion of Iraq was largely done to benefit Israel. The neocons who controlled the Bush administration were very largely Jewish. Iraq had no “weapons of mass destruction, was no threat to the USA itself and had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks. But Iraq was a potential threat to Israel and involving the USA in a large, protracted war with an Arab country near Israel in the middle east assured that Americans would be politically and militarily involved in the region for a great many years, also largely in Israel’s general interests.

Israel is the last country in the world that wants to see an “isolationist” USA.

I disagree that Iraq was a potential threat to Israel. Lets just review that in 1982 Israel bombed Iraq’s nuclear reactor and killed a dozen soldiers and some scientists in the process yet Iraq did not retaliate. If Iraq was a threat , what more would Israel need to do to provoke them ?? In the first Gulf war , Iraq launched 40 scud missiles at Israel, and the net result was 1 casualty . Again ,I cannot see threat. Lastly there is the country of Jordan between Israel and Iraq. How would Iraq project its military to defeat Israel ? Again I fail to see the threat .

Israel is the last country in the world that wants to see an “isolationist” USA.

“As for the Hitler-Stalin pact, why do you think they did that…”

I seem to recall asking you the same question in #85. No answer?

I’d ask about Barbarossa, but I‘m sure poor Adolf was forced into it, just as he was forced to digest Austria and Czechoslovakia, then invade Poland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Greece, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Romania, North Africa, etc. Now we know – the Comintern did it.

    In sum, you have:
    • No idea of the Ehrenburgh dates;
    • No recommendations on Holodomor history;
    • No real explanation of why Hilter partnered with archenemy Stalin in 1939;
    • No excuse for Adolf’s Aktion T4 “mercy killing” of his own people;
    • No reason for the omission of the 1937 Hoßbach Memorandum in ’Unnecessary War.’

Iraq may have been perceived by Jews in Israel or elsewhere as a threat. Perception is all that matters. Iraq may also have been seen as a threat in a more general sense in that Hussein was developing a modern Arab state. In any case the neocons wanted a large US military presence in the Mideast near Israel and invading Iraq was their best chance or option for this in 2003.

“It is worth to recall that the educated German Jews despised the ‘Asiatic’ East European Jews.”

That wasn’t all that unusual. It was perfectly understandable. Western Jews looking down on Eastern Jews took on dark overtones only because of the Holocaust where Nazis didn’t discriminate between the two. So, Western Jews later felt guilty for being ‘antisemitic’ toward Eastern Jews.

But such kind of snobbery exists among all groups. Northern Italians look down on Southern Italians. Protestant Northern Irish look down on Catholic Irish. Blue State whites look down on red state whites. Urban elite whites look down on working class whites. Look at the class divide in BLUE JASMINE by Woody Allen. It’s Hillary supporters vs Trump supporters.
Hong Kong Chinese and Taiwanese Chinese look down on Mainland Chinese. And Shanghai Chinese look down on other rural Chinese. Polish Catholics look down on Russian Slavs as barbaric.

Western Jews had more freedom and opportunity for growth. (But then, Marx and other radicals were Western Jews or Central European Jews.) Eastern Jews had to deal with Russian backwardness and discrimination. They naturally grew more bitter. Despite social barriers, there were legal and open paths for Western Jews to advance and rise. It was much more difficult for Eastern Jews to rise. So, they turned more radical and nasty.

In the US, it seems the Eastern Jews rose too high too fast and grew arrogant.

“Mayor” is Spanish for elder or larger. Sotomayor is an old Spanish name, not Marrano as far as I know.

“Meyer” is a Germanisation of the Hebrew for “the shining one”, and according to wikipedia has converged with the Germanic root meaning “mayor” as in of a town. Since as far as I know medieval mayorships were only rarely hereditary this statement seems odd, though.
